Payments once made are non-refundable by default.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are processed only in exceptional circumstances.
A refund may be considered only if:
The Company fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons
A duplicate payment has been made
A written agreement explicitly mentions refund eligibility
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after payment
Delays caused by client-side inputs or approvals
Partial usage of services
Dissatisfaction without documented service failure
Job application or recruitment-related payments (if any)
Promotional, discounted, or special offer services
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment only.
Payment gateway charges, bank fees, or taxes are non-refundable.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways or banks.
Bynzo Innovative Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for:
Payment failures
Gateway downtime
Bank delays
Unauthorized transactions
Any such issues must be resolved directly with the payment provider.
Subscription services, if offered, are billed on a recurring basis.
Cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
All applicable taxes, GST, and statutory charges are borne by the client.
Tax deductions or adjustments are subject to government regulations.
The Company shall not be liable for refund or compensation in cases of events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Internet or system failures
Pandemics
Cyber incidents
Bynzo Innovative Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
